The Clerk having laid before this Committee a Petition to the House of
Commons from the Society of Lincolns praying have to bring in a Bill to rending
them exclusive of the Parish Resolved that the Clerk prepare a Petition to
Parliament from this Committee for opposing the Petition of the said Society [..]
that he prepare a State of Facts or Representation relative to the Rates set on the said Society and
Inhabitants of the Messuages or Tenements therein in order to be sent to the Comme [..]
at Westminster.

Ordered that the Sum of £120 be paid into the Bank to the Account
the Commissioners for Paving to be by them applied in New Paving for which
Purpose Mr. Kennett and Mr. Ireland be desired to draw on the Banker

The Clerk having obtained the Particulars of an Account from the Book
of the Commrs: at Westminster relative to the Expence of the Commission from Lady
day 1772. to Lady day 1773 whereby it appears that the Proportion to be born by
this Committee is £65..6s..6d this Committee signed a Certificate for the Said
Sum to the said Commissioners in order to the Payment thereof out of Monies
received for Repariring Cleansing & Lighting pursuant to the Statute in that Ca [..]
made.

The Clerk laid before the Committee a Bill from James Higley< no role > Carpenter
for work done by him in the New Paving White Horse Yard Bear Yard and
several other Places therein mentioned amounting in the whole to the Sum of £71
Also a Bill from Thomas Stevens< no role > Bricklayer for Work done by him [..]
new Paving the same places amounting in the whole to £29..1s..10d Also
from Lancelot Burton< no role > and Son Plumbers for Works done by them in the N [..]
Paving the same places amounting in the whole to £12..1s..2d. which being
severally read it is Ordered that the same be transmitted to the Commissioner
for Payment out of Monies received for New Paving for which purpose this Comr [..]
signed the same.
