Jemima Davis< no role > aged 21 or thereabouts upon
her Voluntary Oath Saith that she is pregnant
with a Child or Children which is or are likely
to be born a Bastard or Bastards and to become
Chargeable to the Parish when born she being
Poor and unable to maintain the same
And further Saith that one Alexander [..]
Young< no role > who lived with Mr Pitches a Baker
opposite Arundell Street in the Strand (as a
Journey man )is the Real and true Father
of the said Child he having had Carnal
knowledge of this Deponent sometime in the
Month of March last and at several Times
Since at one of which Times he did [..] beget
the Child or Children with which she is now pregnant
And further Saith that she has lived with Mrs.
Prince of Water Street in the above Parish
upwards of Two years last past as a hired
yearly Servant
