Frances Gloyne< no role > singlewoman aged 25
years and upwards Upon Oath saith that
she never was Married that she lived as an
hired yearly Servant with Mrs. Gill at No. 4
Craven Buildings in the parish of St. Clement
Danes in the Liberty of Westminster and County
of Middlesex for four years and a quarter [..]
or thereabouts at the annual Wages of Six
Guineas for the first year and the advanced Wages of
ten shillings in addition to the Wages of Six Guineas
each succeding year of such her service [..] that she
quitted the same about six Months ago and
hath not since obtained any subsequent legal
settlement to the best of her knowledge or belief
And this Examinant Upon her Voluntary Oath further saith
that she is now pregnant with a Child or
Children which is or are likely to be born a Bastard
or Bastards and to become chargeable to the said
parish of St Clement Danes when born that
William Anthony< no role > Shoemaker who lately lived
at the Cock and Magpye in Drury Lane is the
only real and true father of such the Child or Children
wherewith she is pregnant as aforesaid he having fast
had carnal knowledge of this Deponent's Body
sometime about five Months on or before Christmas last and at Several
times since at some or one of which times he
