Middlesex for upwards of Thirty years at
the yearly rent of Ten Pounds and upwards
that he quitted said house about five years
since which time he never Rented any
house Tenement or Lodging of Ten Pounds
a year paid Taxes or done any Act
Matter or thing whereby he might have
gained a subsequent settlement
