to wit Louisa Batty< no role > aged about 35
years upon her Oath saith that she never
was married nor ever lived as a hired yearly Servant for
Twelve Months, nor ever Rented any house Tenement or
Lodging of Ten Pounds a year or paid Taxes or
ever was bound an Apprentice That her father Joseph
Batty
< no role > Rented and lived in a house at Charing
Cross in the Parish of Saint Martin in the fields
in the Liberty of Westminster for Five years and
upwards at the uearly Rent of Fifty Pounds and
upwards That he quitted said house about
Twenty five years since which time he never to
the best of this Examinants Knowledge Information
or belief Rented any house Tenement or Lodging of
Ten Pounds a year paid Taxes or done any
Act Matter or Thing whereby he might have
gained a subsequent Settlement
