Mary Carrad< no role > aged about 34 years
upon her Oath saith that she Intermarried
with Wm. Carrad< no role > her present Husband at the
parish Church of St. Martin in the fields about
9 years ago by whom she hath four Children
namely Richard< no role > aged about Eight years Mary< no role >
aged about five years Thomas< no role > aged about
Three years and Charlotte< no role > aged about Eleven
Months That her said Husband Rented and
lived in a House in Star Court in the parish
of Saint Clement Danes for several years
at the yearly Rent of £22..0..0 that he
hath quitted said House about Three Months
since which time he has done no Act to gain a
subsequent Settlement That her said Husband
left her & the Children unprovided [..] about
five weeks ago and know not where he is and
that she is unable to maintain herself and
Children without Assistance
