to wit David Cook< no role > aged about
55 years upon his Oath Saith that
about she year 1779 he intermarried
with Margarett< no role > his present Wife at
the College in Edinburgh by whom
he hath living two Children viz
Elizabeth< no role > aged 14 years and Richard< no role >
aged Six years That he has Deponent
Rented and lived in a house in Whites
alley in the Liberty of the Rolls in the
County of Middlesex for 18 Months
at the yearly Rent of Twelve Guineas
That he hath quitted said House about
2 years Since which time he hath not
rented any house Tenement or lodging
of Ten Pounds a year paid Taxes or
done any Act matter or thingwhereby
whereby he may have gained a
Subsequent Settlement
