Westmr.

to wit Elizth. Lawes< no role > Aged about Thirty Two Years on her
Oath Says she is the Widow of George Lawes< no role > who has been
dead about Eight Months ago and with when she Intermarried
at the Parish Church of Saint Margaretts Westminster above
Seventeen Years ago Says her said Husband was bound
an Apprentice to one Mr. Jackson a Grocer in College
Street in the said Parish of St. Margarets Westminster &
Served five Years the first part of his Apprenticeship
and then Married to this Examinant and his Master
gave him up his Indentures and after his sd. late Husband
left his said Master he never Rented House or paid Taxes
neither hath this Examinant done Any Act since her
said late Husbands Death whereby to gain a Subsequent
Settlement.
