on her Oath Says she never was married nor ever
Rented House or paid Taxes Says she lived a hired
Yearly Servant with Edward Cork< no role > a Captain of the
Ship or Vessell called the Mary and Elizabeth in the Isle of Wight for
Eighteen Months or thereabouts at the Yearly Wages
of Twenty five Shillings and after she quitted that Service
she never rented House paid Taxes or lived a hired Yearly
Servant for one Year Says that on the Twenty Ninth
day of May last past1769 she was delivered of a Female
Bastard Child in the House of John Fogarty< no role > in the Old
Boswell Court in the Parish of St. Clement Danes in
the Liberty of Westmr. which hath since been
Baptized Mary< no role > This name instance is in set 1108. And that Thomas Edderly< no role > This name instance is in set 2102. [..]
Carpenter and Joiner who now works with one Mr. Lillie
in Great Wyld Street in the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields in the County of Middlesex is the real and true
Father of the said Female Bastard Child of which she
was Delivered as aforesaid
