Ann Walker< no role > Aged about Twenty Years on her Oath Says she
never was Married nor ever Rented House or paid Taxes Says she
lived a Hired Yearly Servant with one Mr: Carter who kept the
Oxford Arms in Houghton Street in the Parish of Saint Clement
Danes for two Years or thereabouts at the Yearly Wages of
Six pounds hath Quitted her Service about five Years and hath not
since she quitted the same ever Rented House or paid Taxes or
lived a hired Yearly Servant for one Year And further Says that on
the thirty first day of August 1770 She was delivered of a Female
Bastard Child in the House of Mrs: Peakin in Clements Lane in
the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the Liberty of Westminster
which hath since been Baptized by the Name of Catherine< no role > And
further Says that one Robert Allam< no role > a Carcass Butcher in
Leadenhall Market in the City of London is the Father thereof
he having had Carnal knowledge of her Body sometime in the
Month of January but the particular day she does not now
Remember and at several times afterwards at one of which time
he got her with Child of the Female Bastard Child of which she
was delivered as aforesaid And that the said Robert Allam< no role > and
no other person is the true and Real Father thereof
