Margaret Franks< no role > Aged about Thirty
two Years, upon Oath says she is the Widow of John
Franks
< no role > who died on the 27th. day of January 1768, with
whom she intermarried at the Fleet London on the
Sixth of December 1751, and by whom she has
three Children now with her (to wit) William< no role >
Aged Nine Years, Mary < no role > aged Five Years, and
Margaret < no role > aged about One Year and ten Months,
Says her said late Husband hath of ten times informed
her and which Information she verily believes
to be true that before his intermarriage with this
Examinant, and whilst he was a single Man he
lived a hired Yearly Servant with Chessell
Esquire for Two Years or thereabouts but what
Wages this Examinant cannot tell and that during
her said Husbands Service he lodged with his
said Master at the House of Mr. Long a Packer
in Kings Arms Yard in the Parish of Saint
Stephen Coleman Street in the City of London ,
Says her said Husband never Rented Ten
Pounds
