at Mr Whites a Hatter in Ship Yard in the Parish
of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex
upon her Voluntary Oath saith that she was
never Marryed and that she is pregnant with
Child or Children which is likely to be born a
Bastard or Bastards & to become Chargeable to
the said Parish And that William Owen< no role > Journey-
man to Mr. Hawkins Bookseller near the Temple
Gate did begett the said Child or Children on
her Body the said Mr. Hawkins renting the
Shopp & other Appartments of this Examinants
Uncle with whom this Examinant then lived
the sd Wm Owen< no role > at the same time liveing with the
said Mr. Hawkins there been me acquainted with
her & had Carnall knowledge of her Body sevll- times
in the sevll- Months of April May June July Augt. & Septr- &
at sevll- other times since at one of which times he the
sd. Wm- Owen< no role > gett her with Child of the sd. Child or
Childn- with which she is now pregnant & that he the sd.
Wm. Owen< no role > & neither Person is the true & reall father thereof
