Jeremiah Surman< no role > upon his Oath saith that he
Intermarried with his present Wife about Seven Years
since That about Seven Years ago he lived in & rented
a House in York Street in the Parish of St. Paul Covt.
Garden in the Liberty of Westmr. at the Yearly Rent of
Sixty Pounds & lived in the same near Twelve Months
That since he left the said House he hath not rented
Ten Pounds a Year paid Parish Taxes lived with any
Person as a Yearly hired Servant for the Space of
one Year or otherwise gained a Settlemt. in any other
Place to his knowledge or beleife That he hath one
Child (to wit) James< no role > aged Eleven Years & being Poor
is not able to maintaine himself & Family
