County of Middx. abt. Sixteen Years ago
says he lived a hired Yearly Servt. with

Shire Lane in the said Parish of St. Clemt.
Danes for one Year & a half at the Yearly
Wages of five Pounds he being at that time
a Single Man & hath quitted said Service
abt. Seventeen Years & hath not since
Rented ten Pounds a Year or paid
