Years ago Rented a seperate Tenement of Mr. Lucas
next to the Sun Tavern in Clare Street Claremarket
in the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes in the County of
Middx. of the Yearly Rent of Sixteen Pounds,
lived in the same about two Years & hath
quitted the same upwards of Sixteen Years
Says her sd. late Husband after he quitted the said
Appartment never Rented Ten Pounds a Year
paid Parish Taxes or served any Parochial
Office
