she never was married and that she lived a yearly Servt.
with Mr Thompson a Joiner in the Corn market in the
Parish of St. Mile's cox at Oxford for four Years and
upwards at the yearly Wages of 50 Shillings and has not
Since she quitted her sd Service belief is abt. 2 Years
ago, Rented ten pounds by the year paid Parish taxes
nor lived a yearly Servant for one year And this
Examinant further upon her Voluntary Oath Saith she was delivered
of a male bastard Child on the 29th. of Janry last
in the house of Nurse Davison one of the Parish Nurses
of the parish of St Clement Danes which sd. Child has
been baptized Wm< no role > . and is now living & Chargeable to
the said Parish and that Wm. Watkins< no role > a ship
Carpenter who (as this Examint. has been informed
and believes is now a board the fame a merchant
Ship which Sailed abt. five months ago for
the Madeir as) did beget the said male bastard
Child on her body the said Wm Watkins< no role > having had
