Quitted her sd. Service about 4 months ago & has not since
Rented Ten pounds a year or pd. parish Taxes

she was delivered of a male bastard Child in the house of
Mrs. Moore in Portugal Street aforesd. on the 16th.
January Inst. which has been baptized John< no role > & is been
Chargeable to the sd. parish of St Clement Danes this
being poor & unable to maintain the same And
John Wild< no role > a Soldier did beget the sd. male bastard
Child on her body the sd. John Wild< no role > having had Carnal
knowledge of this Examinant in the Month of April
and at several other times since at one of which time
he got her with Child of the sd. male bastard Child of [..]
she was delivered as aforesd. and that the said John
Wild< no role > and no other person is the true & real father t [..]
