Eleanor Withers< no role > wife of Wm. Withers< no role > lodging in James
Street in the Parish of St George Hanover Square in the
Liberty of Westmr. upon Oath saith that the Infant
Child that was advertized in the daily Advertizer of the
8th. Instant & therein said to be Dropped in Hollywell
Street in the parish of St Clement Danes was born in the
house where in this Examinant lodges in George James street
in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square aforesaid
and That Thomas Daniel< no role > the father or reputed father
of sd. Child is a Carpenter & works for Mr Phillips
a Carpenter in Brook Street Grose on or Square & that
Sarah Daniel< no role > the mother of the sd. Infant Child hath
absconded and this Examinant doth not know where
she is & that from sevl. Circumstances this examinant
hath reason to belive the sd. Child was dropped
with the Privity & knowledge of the sd. Thoms. Daniel< no role >
