bound Apprentice [..] or ever lived as an Hired
yearly Servant for one year [..] did any
Act Matter or Thing whereby he might have
gained a settlemt in his [..] own Right,
Saith that he has been informed his Father
Charles Higgins< no role > and his [..] Mother Elizth. Higgins< no role >
were Married at Winchester , that after their
Intermarriage they Rented a House [..] Called
by the Names the Bell and Crown in High Street in the Parish
of St. Maurice in the City of Winchester for some
years andthat this Examinant was born at
Resaid House That his Father died when this
Examinant was very young, and his Mother died
in St Clements Workhouse abt. 2 years ago
