to wit - Daniel Healey< no role > aged forty Six
Years or thereabouts, upon his Oath Saith
That he lived as an hired Yearly Servant with
Mr. Norcott in Clements Inn in the Parish
of Saint Clement Danes in the County
of Middlesex , at the Yearly Wages of £12
for upwards of Twelve Months, That he
quitted his said Place about eight Years
ago - that when he so quitted his said place
he was sick, and was received into the Work
house of Saint Clement Danes , as having gained
a Settlement in the said Parish of Saint
Clement by Virtue of such his Service
and this Examinant further saith that he
continued in the said Workhouse absent
Six Months, and that since he quitted
the said Workhouse he hath not live as
an hired Yearly Servant for one Year
rented any House or Tenement at ten
Pounds a Year paid Taxes or done any
Act Matter or Thing whereby to the best
of his Knowledge he may have gained any
other Settlement than a aforesaid
