to Wit Hannah Johnson< no role > Aged about Twenty Three Years on
her Oath Says she never was married Rented House or
Tenemt. or paid Taxes Says she lived a hired Yearly Servant
with one Mr. Blake an Attorney in Essex Street in the
Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex
for One Year all but Three Days hath quitted her said [..]
Service about 3 Months ago since which time she hath
gained no other Settlemt. And farther on her Voluntary
Oath says she is pregnant with Child or Children which
is or are likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards & to become
Chargeable to the said Parish (she being poor & unable to
maintain the same when Born) Says that one Samuel
Harrison
< no role > a Hairdresser at No. 20 Thomas Street in the
Borough of Southwark is the father thereof he having had
Carnal knowledge sometime in the Month of Septr. last but
the Particular day she does now remember and at sevl.
difft. times afterwards at One of which times he got her with
Child of the Child or Children of which she is now pregnant
And that the said Saml. Harrison< no role > & no other Person did
beget the same & that he is the real & true Father thereof
