in Drury Lane

the Parish of St. Giles in the fields
in the County
of Middlesex
for One Year Three Quarters at the
Yearly Wages of Twelve Pounds hath quitted his
said Service about Twelve Years ago and hath
not since Rented House paid Taxes or done any
other Act whereby to gain a Subsequent Settlement
to his Knowledge or beleif.
