Westmr.

to wit Ann Robins< no role > Aged about Thirty Two Years on
her Oath says she never was married Rented House was
an Apprentice or lived a hired Yearly Servant for one Year
says she was born in the County of Somerset but in what
Parish or place this Examinant cannot set forth says
that on the Twenty Ninth day of Decr. 1771 she was
delivered of a Female Bastard Child in the House of Mr.
Hudson a Broker in little Shire Lane in the Parish of
St. Clement Danes which hath since been baptized by the
Name of Martha Masey< no role > & says that one Richard Masey< no role >
a Chelsea Pensioner and who now uses the Hatt & Feather
in Milford Lane did beget the same and that he is the real and true Father
thereof And further upon her Voluntary Oath says she is
Pregnant with Child or Children which is or are likely
to be born a Bastard or Bastards and to become charged
to the said Parish of St. Clement Danes < she being Poor and
unable to maintain the same when born and further says
the said Richard Masey< no role > did beget the same they having
cohabited together as Man & Wife for upwards of Eight
Years and that the said Richard Masey< no role > is the real and
true father the thereof.
