Westmr.

to wit Margt. Smith< no role > Aged about Twenty Years on
her Oath Says she is the Wife of Owner Smith< no role > (gone from
her) with whom she Intermarried at the Parish Church
of Saint Giles in the Fields in the County of Middlesex
about Four Years ago and by whom she hath no Children
and Says that her said Husband never rented House
or Served any apprenticeship or lived a lived or
Covenanted Servant before her Intermarriage or ever
gained any Settlement but only thro his Father Owner
Smith
< no role > who rented and lived in a House the bottom of
Lumbard Street in the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the
West in the Liberty of White Fryars for Nine Years or
thereabouts at the Yearly Rent of Twenty Pounds as she
believes hath quitted the said House about Fourteen
Years ago and hath not since he quitted the same
ever Rented Ten Pounds a Year or paid Taxes or
done any Act whereby to gain a Subsequent Settlement
