to wit Elizth. Timms< no role > Aged about Forty three Years
on her Oath Says she is the wife of William Timms< no role > (gone
from her) upwards of Twelve Years ago and dos not no [..]
know now whether he is now living or Deadandwith
whom she Intermarried at the Parish Church of Saint
Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex about
Twenty Years ago and by whom she hath one Childr no
living named (Ann< no role > ) Aged about Seventeen Years, say
before her Intermarriage with her said Husband and
whilst he was a Single man he living a hired yearly
Servant with one Mr. Walker a Cow-keeper near St.
Pancras in the County of Middlesex for Four years
or thereabouts at the Yearly Wages of four Pounds
and After she was Married to her said Husband she
never Rented House paid Taxes or lived a hired
Yearly Servant for One Year And Says that her
said Dauther has never done any act whereby to gain
a Subsequent Settlemt.
