Ann Hartley< no role > aged abt. 63 Yrs. upon Oath saith she
is the Wido . of Thomas Hartley< no role > who dyed abt. 15 Yrs. since
and with whom she intermarried in the Parish Church
of Ormskirk in the County of Lancaster in the Year
1710 Says her sd. late husbandhas been deadRented
a house of the Yearly Rent of Thirty pounds & upwards
in Cooks Court in Cary Street in the parish of St.
Clemt Danes in the Liberty of Westmr. and lived thereabouts
Nine Years or thereabouts & has quitted the same
upwards of 20 Yrs. Says her sd. late husband never
after he left the sd. house nor has this Examint. since
his Decease rented Ten pounds a Year paid parish
Taxes lived a Yearly Servant for one Year or
otherwise gained a Settlemt. in any other Place to
her knowledge or belief
