upon Oath saith she never was married and
never was an Apprentice or Yearly Servt.
for one year rented ten pounds a Yr. or pd. Parish
Taxes that her Father John Chipendale< no role >
now lives in a house of his own of the Yearly
Value of £4 or thereabouts in the Parish of
Otley in the west Riding of Yorkshire
And this Examinant further upon her
Voluntary Oath saith she is Pregnant wth.
Child or Children which is likely to be born a
bastard or bastards and to becomes Chargeable
to the Parish of St. Clement Danes (where she
now Lodges) she being Poor and unable to
maintain the same when born and that
Thomas Parker< no role > Clerk to Mr. Duncomb of Lincoln
Inn never Square did be get the said bastard
Child or Children or her body the said Thomas
Parker
