Eliza. Latter< no role > upon her Oath saith she is the
Wido . of John Latter< no role > Says she intermarried
with the said John Latter< no role > on the 27th. Day of
June 1739 at the Fleet London that he hath
been dead about five Weeks Says her said late
Husband lived in and rented a house in the
Parish of Epsom in the County of Surry and paid
his Share of all Parochiall Taxes & Served the
Office of Headborough in the said Parish and
hath left same about Eight Years Says her sd.
late Husband hath not since he left the said
House rented ten Pounds a Year paid Parish
Taxes Served any Parochiall Office lived a
Yearly hired Servant for one Year or otherwise
gained a Settlemt. in any other Place to this
Examinants knowledge or beleif
