(to wit) Ann Kilner< no role > Widow Aged about
forty three years Upon Oath saith that
sheintermarrwas married to her late Husband
James Kilner< no role > at the parish Church of Chipping
Barnet in the County of Herts abouton or about
the 30th day of September in the year 1784 that
her said Husband at the time of their Marriage
and since Rented and Rended in a House in Clements
Inn in the parish of St. Clement Danes in the
Liberty of Westminster in the said Countyaboutbut
what Rent he paid for the same she cannot say
And saith that he paid the parish [..] Rates
for the same or at breast was Assessed thereto
the Officer's having demanded tha same of this
Deponent-that he quitted that House abt
four years ago and sincehath notobtained
anyno Subsequent legal Settlement that he Died
about 3 years & ago and she this Deponent
hath gained no Settlement in her
own right since his Deed
