(to wit) Benjamin Newman< no role > one of the Beadles of
the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex (on the Behalf Jane Middleton< no role > aged 22 years
or thereabouts who is ill) upon his Oath Saith. that
he has been informed by the said Jane Middleton< no role >
which information he believes to be true that she never
was married Rented House Tenement or Lodging of £10
a year That she never lived as a hired Yearly Servant
That her Father kept a House in White Hart Yard in the Parish of Saint Martins in the fields at
the Yearly Rent of £22 That since she Quitted said
House she has done no act matter or Thing whereby
she may have gained a subsequent Settlement [..]
to the best of this Examt. Knowledge and Belief.
