to wit Walter Petherick< no role > aged about 37 years upon
his Oath saith that in the year 1773 he Intermarried
with Susannah< no role > his present wife at the Parish Church
of St. Brides als. Bridgett in the City of London and by
whom he hath one Child living by his said and Wife vizt.
Susannah< no role > aged about 13 years That he this Ext
in the year 1776 went down to Plymouth and there
Purchased a Lease of a House situate in the Parish
of St. Andrew at Plymouth in the County of Devon
that he paid £10 a year & upwards for said House
& all Taxes due for the same for Six Months and
upwards that he hath quitted said House upwards
of 10 years age since which time he has not Rented
any House Tent. or Lodging of £10 a year paid Taxes
or done any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement
