to wit Elizth. Staples< no role > aged 39 years or thereabouts
upon her Oath saith that She never was married
[..] that she lived as an hired yearly Servant
with one Mr. Richardson a Disenting Minister in
Little Moor fields in the Parish of St. Giles Cripplegate
in the City of London for upwards of 12 Months at the
yearly wages of £5 that the hath quitted his said
Service about 14 or 15 years ago and since then
have never lived as an hired yearly Servant for
one year with any other Person Rented any
House or Tenement of the yearly Rentor Value of
£10 paid Taxes or done any or Act Matter or
Thing whereby to the best of her knowledge Information
or belief She may have gained or acquired any
Subsequent Settlement and that she is poor &
Sick & unable to maintain herself
