Westmr.

(to wit) Mary Ward< no role > aged 33 Years or thereabouts upon
her Oath saith That she was Married to Thomas
Ward
< no role > her present Husband at the Parish Church of
Saint Duke's Old Street in the County of Middlesex about
16 Years Years ago That she has two Children
living by her said Husband vizt. William Ward< no role > aged
14 Years or thereabouts and Elizabeth Ward< no role > aged 11
Years or thereabouts- [..] That since their
Intermarriage [..] they
Rented and lived in a House in New Inn Passage
in the Parish of Saint Clemt. Danes in the County
of Middlesex at the yearly Rent of £16 for upwds. of
of £12 Months and quitted the Same abt. 8 Month
ago since which time her said Husband hath
not done any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlemt
to the best of this Examinants knowledge or belief
& that her said Husband has [..] deserted her &
Children and refuses to Maintain them
