the County of Middlesex Carver and Gilder on the behalf
of Sarah Marshall< no role > Singlewoman his Sister now in
Lodgingsin Bennetts Court Drury Lane in the Parish
of Saint Clement Danes in the said County of Middlesex
and so ill that she cannot Attend to be examined

their Father is dead that in his Life time he rented and
lived in a House in Knightsbridge in the Parish of Saint

yearly rent of £10 and upwards and paid Taxes for the
same for upwards of years and after he quitted such
House till the time of his Death did not nor did Sarah
Marshall
< no role > this Examinants Mother who Survived
the said John Marshall< no role > her Husband but is since
dead nor either of them Rent any other Tenement
of Ten Pounds Value Per Annum or pay any
Taxes
