aforesaid being at Work on the top of a certain Empty House<lb></lb>

in the Parish aforesaid within the<lb></lb>
Liberty and County aforesaid, and then and there being<lb></lb>
upon a Ladder on the Outside of the said House, It so happened<lb></lb>
that the Ladder gave way and that the said John Breede<lb></lb>
did then and there Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune<lb></lb>
fall from the Top of the said House into the said Street, and<lb></lb>
thereby then and there received a mortal Fracture in and<lb></lb>
upon the Rightside of the Head of him the said John Breede<lb></lb>
of which said Mortal Fracture he the said John Breede then<lb></lb>
and there instantly died. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon<lb></lb>
their Oath aforesaid do say, That the said John Breede in<lb></lb>
Manner and form aforesaid Accidentally Casually and by<lb></lb>
Misfortune came to his Death and not otherwise. In Witness<lb></lb>
