he came from Dinner about three o' Clock<lb></lb>
and then saw the Deced in the Market<lb></lb>
very much in Liquor,<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
llowing,<lb></lb>
& flourishing his Fists towards a Young<lb></lb>
Man there Says that the Deced fell down<lb></lb>
upon his hands, but that the Young Man<lb></lb>
nor any other Person either Struck or pushed<lb></lb>
the Deced, who was so drunk that he could<lb></lb>
not get up, Says that the Deced was laid<lb></lb>
upon some Straw, and Slept there sometime<lb></lb>
That between Six & Seven o' Clock that Evening<lb></lb>
Mr. Trinder came there and Called the Deced<lb></lb>
and having no Answer, Deced was moved<lb></lb>
and appeared to be dead, That he was carried<lb></lb>
to his Lording near the Market where Mr. Scott<lb></lb>
the Apothecary bled him in the Arm, but he<lb></lb>
bled very little and Mr. Scott said that Deced was<lb></lb>
dead.</p>
