good and Lawfull Men of the said Liberty duly<lb></lb>
chosen, who being then and there duty Sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the<lb></lb>
King, when, how, and by what Means the said Charles Green came to <lb></lb>
his Death, do upon their Oath say, That the said Charles Green on the Fourth day of August<lb></lb>
in the Year aforesaid at the Parish of Saint Mary Le Strand in the Liberty aforesaid in the County<lb></lb>
aforesaid to wit near to Somerset Stairs going in to the River Thames there to Bathe himself<lb></lb>
it so happened that accidentally casually and by Misfortune he the said Charles Green was<lb></lb>
in the waters of the said River then and there Suffocated and Drowned of which said<lb></lb>
Suffocation and Drowning he the said Charles Green then and there instantly Died. And<lb></lb>
so the Jurors aforesaid upon their<obscured></obscured>
aforesaid do say that the<obscured></obscured>
Year on<lb></lb>
manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune came to his<lb></lb>
Death and not otherwise. In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner, as the Foreman<lb></lb>
of the Jurors aforesaid on behalf of himself and the rest of the said Jurors have to<lb></lb>
this Inquisition set their Hands, and Seals the Day Year and at the Place first above<lb></lb>
