last about five O' Clock in the afternoon Mrs.Simpson the Wife<lb></lb>
of Mr. Simpson who is Brother to the Deced came to Deponent<lb></lb>
and told him that the Deced was ill and that he feared that he had take<lb></lb>
Prison and desired Dept. to come to Deced, says that he<lb></lb>
immediately came with Mrs. Sampson to Deced, and found him<lb></lb>
vomitting and complaining of great parish in his Bowls,<lb></lb>
Dept. says that he said to Deced. that he was informed the Deced<lb></lb>
had taken Arseine , and desired Deced to tell him where<lb></lb>
he bought it and what Quantity he had taken. that Deponent<lb></lb>
might better know what steps to take, to which Deced<lb></lb>
Answered that he had bought three Penny worth of Arsenie<lb></lb>
at a Colourshop the Corner of <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65204_geo1578">Sidney's alley</rs>

describing the Deced and his Cloths, the Shoop keeper said<lb></lb>
it answered the Description of the Person to whom he sold<lb></lb>
the Arsenie, Says that Deced took more Oil, and that<lb></lb>
about Eight O' Clock on Saturday Evening Dept. sent him aglister<lb></lb>
Says that Deced continued in Great pain until about Elevan<lb></lb>
O' Clock that Night, when he died, and Dept, says that he<lb></lb>
believes the Deced's Death was occasioned by the Arsenie<lb></lb>
he had taken</p>
