be difficult to pass there, and pulled the Horses close to the<lb></lb>
Iron Rails of the Houses in order to pass along, Deponent<lb></lb>

the Deced lay upon the Ground when Deponent first saw<lb></lb>
him, says that he immediately run to Deced who lay opposite<lb></lb>
to the fore part of said Timber, and bled at the Month and<lb></lb>

had A Cut upon his Head from which much Blood<lb></lb>
issued, Says that the Deced did not Speak, but died there<lb></lb>
immediately, and Deponent believes that the Deced<lb></lb>
reced the Cut on his Head from the fore part of the Timber<lb></lb>
which occasioned his Death, and Says that he saw no<lb></lb>
Person near the Deced at that time, Says that the Carter<lb></lb>
had hold of the Middle Horse, with his Back towards the<lb></lb>
Deced at the time that the Deced reced the hurt, and<lb></lb>
verily believes that said Carter could not then see Deced.<lb></lb>
Says that the said piece of Timber was about thirty feet<lb></lb>
long, but Deponent does not know whose Property the<lb></lb>
same is.</p>
