Says that he met Deced that Afternoon in Lamb Street<lb></lb>

about four o' Clock and gave Deced a first<lb></lb>
of Beer, and says that Deced was then very well, Deponent<lb></lb>

ten o Clock that Evening he was informed by his<del>Deced</del>
Wife<lb></lb>
that the Deced was Dead, & That she had been informed thereof<lb></lb>
by a Servant of Mrs. Hepworth, to whom the Soap was deliverd<lb></lb>
in Hollewell Street, and whom brought home the Deponent's<lb></lb>
Cart and Horses. Says that the next Day Deponent went<lb></lb>
to said Hollewell Street and upon Enquring there was<lb></lb>

had been a great Number of Sailors Assembled in <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65203_geo890">Norton<lb></lb>
Falgate</rs>

says that the Soldiers were Ordered to Fire, & that they<lb></lb>
thereupon did Fire, Deponent says that said Mrs. Hepworth<lb></lb>
informed him, that on seeing Deponent Cart's stand, at the<lb></lb>
Door on Monday after the Soap was Delivered longer than<lb></lb>
usual, she desired her Brother to go and see for Deced</p>
