Corn Chandler on her Oath Saith that said Evans is<lb></lb>
uncle to Dept. that the deced her Aunt was very ill<lb></lb>
from Christmas last and Dept. attended on her from<lb></lb>
that time in her Illness says that about there Yesterday<lb></lb>
in the afternoon her Aunt was in the Kitchen and<lb></lb>
complained of a Violent pain in her Head and said she<lb></lb>
believed it would turn her Brain says she went up<lb></lb>
Stairs directly says about five that afternoon Dept.<lb></lb>
drank Tea with her Aunt in her Bed Chamber when<lb></lb>
she appeared to be sulky, says that after Tea she went<lb></lb>
down Stairs leaving her uncle and deced together, and<lb></lb>
be continued with her till near nine that Evening<lb></lb>
when he was called down upon Some Business, when<lb></lb>
be came down Stairs be called Deponent out of the<lb></lb>
Kitchen to go up to his Wife, and Dept. accordingly<lb></lb>
went up directly, says She found the deced setting by<lb></lb>
her uncles Bed side<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
two pair of Stairs backward<lb></lb>
which surprised Dept. as on account of<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
her Aunts <lb></lb>
Illness she lay in a seperate Bed on the same Floor<lb></lb>
forwards. says she bid Dept. make last and make deceds<lb></lb>
Bed she being very bad,<del>and</del>

Windows of the Back Room open, which deced<lb></lb>
informed her, she had opened for Air. says she went<lb></lb>
into the fore Room and pulled of her Cloaths all but<lb></lb>
Stockings, says while she was undressing Somebody<lb></lb>
knocked at the Door and Depts. went down to open<lb></lb>
the Door says when she had got down within two or<lb></lb>
three Stairs she heard some thing fall in the yard, as if it was the<lb></lb>
Corver of the House, and at the same time heard the breaking<lb></lb>
of a Window, says she immediately ran to the Yard Door<lb></lb>
and opened it, and heard a Groan, and saw her Aunt<lb></lb>
lying on the pavement<obscured></obscured>
