between Six and Seven on<del>Monday Tuesday</del>
Monday Monday Evening last Mr<lb></lb>
Mason called Dept. over to his House to observe what<lb></lb>

the deced had taken says She went accordingly, and Mr.<lb></lb>
Mason fetched a Vial down, and there being nothing in<lb></lb>
the Vial, be went up and brought down a Quart pot<lb></lb>
with water in it which Dept. tasted and found there was<lb></lb>
Vihiol in it,<del>at</del>
which Mr. Mason throwed away. says<lb></lb>
that Mr. Mason being obliged to go out sent his Wife<lb></lb>
to Dept. House on Tuesday evening where she drank Tea, and staid till<lb></lb>
between eight and nine; that the next Morning<lb></lb>
Dept. Standing at the Door. Mr. Mason came over to<lb></lb>
her desired her to come over to his House, that Dept<lb></lb>
went accordingly, and knowing the deced to be<lb></lb>
disordered, she ran up directly to deceds Apartment<lb></lb>
and discovered the deced lying on the Bed with one Stoot<lb></lb>
one Chair and a Garter round her Neck which Dept. slackened says she took the deced by the Shoulders<lb></lb>
and shook her and finding her not move, she laid hold<lb></lb>
of her hands & Arms and found them cold; and believing her<lb></lb>
to be then dead ran down Stairs. and called Mr. Clark<lb></lb>
the next door neighbour, says they both went up<lb></lb>
again and found her in the same posture & dead. says she<lb></lb>
has known the deced abt. ten Months, and verily believes<lb></lb>
the deced at Intervals was disordered in her mind. says<lb></lb>
that the general Character of Mr. Mason the deced's<lb></lb>
Husband, was that of a good sober & honest Man and<lb></lb>
that he lived is good harmony with the deced</p>
