<p n="14">It appears from the evidence on this trial that this robbery was perpetrated with two others, and attended with circumstances of savage cruelty, and bloodshed. <rs type="persName" id="OA17621013_n14-1">Sarah West</rs>

was knocked down by COLLINS with his fist while he held a drawn sword in the other hand, with which he threatened her life if she made a noise; mean time another of them robbed Mr Sykes, and a third robbed Mr. Halm, of their money and watches; the former being knocked down, was dangerously wounded with a sword, in the forehead, and the latter was also knocked down.</p>
