The behaviour of these unfortunate people, under sentence of death, was such, as restless minds in their unhappy circumstances generally shew, sometimes turbulent, and sometimes quiet. Four of them attended daily at chapel; Rutherford was very ill most part of the time; Broadhurst and Brinkworth were Roman catholicks
. Jefferies and Dave, convicted for murder, received sentence of death immediately after, and were executed on Monday the 8th of December
, agreeable to a late act against murder.
