THE ORDINARY of NEWGATE'S ACCOUNT of the Behaviour, Confession, &c.

BY Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, Oyer and Terminer, and Jail-delivery of Newgate, held before the Right Honourable Sir Crisp Gascoyne< no role > , Knt . Lord-Mayor of the City of London , the Lord Chief Justice Lee, Mr. Justice Clive, Mr. Baron Legge, William Moreton< no role > , Esq ; Recorder , and others of His Majesty's Justices of Oyer and Terminer of the City of London, and Justices of Jail-delivery of Newgate, holden for the said City and County of Middlesex, at Justice-hall, in the Old Bailey , on Wednesday the 2d , Thursday the 3d , Friday the 4th , Saturday the 5th , and Monday the 7th of May , in the 26th Year of His Majesty's Reign, John Fish< no role > was capitally convicted, and received Sentence of Death accordingly. And,
