THE ORDINARY of NEWGATE'S ACCOUNT of the Behaviour, Confession, &c.

BY Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, Oyer and Terminer, and Jail-delivery of Newgate, held before the Right Honourable Sir Crisp Gascoyne< no role > , Knt . Lord-Mayor of the City of London , the Lord Chief Baron Parker, Mr. Justice Foster, Mr. Baron Legge, William Moreton< no role > , Esq ; Recorder , and others of His Majesty's Justices of Oyer and Terminer of the City of London, and Justices of Jail-delivery of Newgate, holden for the said City and County of Middlesex, at Justice-hall, in the Old Bailey , on Wednesday the 18th , Thursday the 19th , Friday the 20th , and Saturday the 21st of July , in the 27th Year of His Majesty's Reign, John Stockdale< no role > , Christopher Johnson< no role > , and William Peers< no role > , were capitally convicted, and received Sentence of Death accordingly.
