BY Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, OYER and TERMINER, and Jail-Delivery of Newgate, held before the Right Honourable JOHN BLACHFORD< no role > , Esq ; Lord Mayor of the City of London , the Lord Chief-Justice WILLES, and RICHARD ADAMS< no role > , Esq ; Recorder , and others of his Majesty's Justices of OYER and TERMINER, and Jail-Delivery of Newgate, holden for the said City of London, and County of Middlesex, at Justice Hall, in the Old Bailey , on Wednesday the 12th , Thursday the 13th , Friday the 14th , Saturday the 15th , Monday the 17th , Tuesday the 18th , and Wednesday the 19th of September , in the twenty-fourth Year of his Majesty's Reign, WILLIAM RILEY< no role > was capitally convicted, and received Sentence of Death accordingly. And, by Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, Oyer and Terminer, &c. before the Right Honourable JOHN BLACHFORD< no role > , Esq ; &c. Lord Chief-Justice LEE, Mr. Baron CLIVE, RICHARD ADAMS< no role > , Esq ; Recorder, and others, &c. on Wednesday the 17th , Thursday the 18th , and Friday the 19th of October , in the twenty-fourth Year of His Majesty's Reign, WILLIAM PRICE< no role > , MATTHIAS NICOLLS< no role > , GEORGE ANDERSON< no role > , ELIZABETH DAVIS< no role > , THOMAS ODELL< no role > , JOHN PRIOR< no role > , ROBERT BURRIDGE< no role > , GEORGE ROBINS< no role > , ROBERT DAVY< no role > , and THOMAS REYNOLDS< no role > , were capitally convicted, and received Sentence of Death accordingly.

The Attendance of the above unhappy Persons at Chapel was regular, unless hindred by Sickness, which most of them have been, more or less, affected with, excepting only Anderson and Prior; and when there, appeared devout, and with seeming Heartiness, and an audible Voice, generally join'd in Prayer.
