THE ORDINARY of NEWGATE'S ACCOUNT of the Behaviour, Confession, &c.

BY Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, OYER, and TERMINER, and Goal-Delivery of Newgate, held before the Right Honourable Sir SAMUEL PENNANT< no role > , Knight , Lord-Mayor of the City of London ; the Lord Chief-Justice LEE, Mr. Justice ABNEY, Mr. Baron CLARKE, RICHARD ADAMS< no role > , Esq ; Recorder , and others of his Majesty's Justices of OYER, and TERMINER, and Goal-Delivery of Newgate, holden for the said City of London, and County of Middlesex, at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey , on Wednesday the 25th , Thursday the 26th , Friday the 27th , Saturday the 28th , and Monday the 30th of April , in the 23d Year of his Majesty's Reign, the 18 following Persons were capitally convicted, and received Sentence of Death accordingly, viz.
