BY Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, OYER, and TERMINER, and Goal-Delivery of Newgate, held before the Right Honourable Sir ROBERT LADBROKE< no role > , Knt . Lord-Mayor of the City of London ; the Right Honourable the Lord Chief Justice WILLES; JOHN STRACEY< no role > , Esq ; Recorder , and others of his Majesty's Justices of OYER and TERMINER, for the City of London, and Justices of Goal-Delivery of Newgate, holden for the said City and County of Middlesex, at Justice-Hall in the Old Bailey , on Wednesday the 7th , Thursday the 8th , Friday the 9th , and Saturday the 10th of September , in the 22d Year of his Majesty's Reign, RICHARD GOULSTON< no role > , WILL. JEFFERYS< no role > , otherwise JEFFERSON< no role > , otherwise WILLIAM LUKE< no role > , otherwise BILLY LUKE< no role > , were capitally convicted; GOULSTON received Sentence accordingly, but JEFFERYS's Case was reserved for the consideration of the twelve Judges.

By Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, OYER, and TERMINER, and Goal-Delivery of Newgate, held before the Right Honourable Sir WILLIAM CALVERT< no role > , Knt . Lord-Mayor of the City of London ; the Honourable Sir THOMAS DENNISON< no role > , Knt . the Honourable Sir THOMAS ABNEY< no role > , Knt . the Honourable Mr. Baron CLIVE, Sir JOHN STRACEY< no role > , Knt . Recorder , and others of his Majesty's Justices of OYER, and TERMINER, and Goal-Delivery of Newgate, holden for the City of London, and County of Middlesex, at Justice-Hall in the Old Bailey , on Wednesday the 7th , Thursday the 8th , Friday the 9th , Saturday the 10th , and Monday the 12th of December , in the 22d Year of his Majesty's Reign, JOHN FRIMLEY< no role > , and THOMAS JONES< no role > , were capitally convicted, and received Sentence of Death accordingly.
