JEFFERYS< no role > , otherwise JEFFERSON< no role > , otherwise WILLIAM LUKE< no role > , otherwise BILLY LUKE< no role > , were capitally convicted; GOULSTON received Sentence accordingly, but JEFFERYS's Case was reserved for the consideration of the twelve Judges.

Recorder , and others of his Majesty's Justices of OYER, and TERMINER, and Goal-Delivery of Newgate, holden for the City of London, and County of Middlesex, at Justice-Hall in the Old Bailey , on Wednesday the 7th , Thursday the 8th , Friday the 9th , Saturday the 10th , and Monday the 12th of December , in the 22d Year of his Majesty's Reign, JOHN FRIMLEY< no role > , and THOMAS JONES< no role > , were capitally convicted, and received Sentence of Death accordingly.
