Lord-Mayor of the City of London ; the Honourable Sir THOMAS ABNEY< no role > , Knt. the Honourable Sir THOMAS DENNISON< no role > , Knt . the Honourable Baron CLIVE, JOHN STRACEY< no role > , Esq ; Recorder , and other of his Majesty's Justices of OYER, and TERMINER, for the City of London, and Justices of Goal-delivery of Newgate, holden for the said City, and County of Middlesex, at Justice-Hall in the Old Baily, on Wednesday the 9th , Thursday the 10th , and Friday the "11th of December , in the 21st Year of his Majesty's Reign; SAMUEL AUSTIN< no role > , JAMES WALKER< no role > , and WILLIAM WARDLOW< no role > , were capitally convicted, and received Sentence of Death accordingly.
